At Solstice, we understand that life can be busy, and accessing care shouldn’t be a barrier to your mental health and well-being. That’s why we offer flexible, secure virtual therapy sessions with highly trained Masters-level clinicians. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, or personal growth, our virtual services provide the same high-quality care you would receive in person—delivered from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

All virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure confidentiality and safety. Our clinicians are experienced in delivering effective online therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. Virtual therapy is ideal for clients with busy schedules, those who live in remote areas, or anyone who prefers the convenience of receiving care from home.

Sessions are offered on a self-pay basis, with rates starting at $80. A $5 discount is available for in-person appointments.

Please note: Virtual services are not intended for individuals experiencing suicidal or homicidal ideation, or for those currently in crisis. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
